At the foot of the Larzac mountains, Agnès organically cultivates aromatic and medicinal plants and collects wild plants. She creates aromatic blends, herbal teas and jams on her farm "Les Jardins d'Altou".
She brings out the richness of the natural terroir surrounding her farm with wild plants and fruits such as thyme, lavender and dogwood, and combines them with cultivated plants with scents, colors and flavors as varied as they are original. Cinnamon basil, licorice, bergamot mint or shizo blend harmoniously with verbena, mint or rosemary. All plants are grown by hand, then dried and processed on the farm.

You can find Agnès products on her online store, at local markets or come directly to the farm.

Agnès also offers tours of her farm, workshops for the general public and events for children, all centered on the discovery of wild and cultivated aromatic and medicinal plants. If you'd like to be kept up to date on these events, feel free to follow her news on the website or social networks, and don't hesitate to contact her directly!
