In the charming village of Lodève, on the banks of the Soulondre river and in a real green setting, come and stay with your family in this large, pleasantly appointed gîte, with a large outdoor area and swimming pool, in an idyllic setting of conviviality and serenity! It can accommodate 15 people (more on request), in rooms of 2, 3 and 4 people. It comprises 3 apartments of 80 m2, each with its own personality.

Plus: a 70 m2 activity room, located on the garden level, is available during the day and can be made private in the evening on request. The project was supported by the French Environment and Energy Management Agency (ADEME), enabling us to comply with eco-responsible specifications. The materials used in the renovation keep it cool in summer and warm in winter. Its openness to the garden and pool on one side, and to the river on the other, makes it an attractive proposition. It can accommodate up to 50 guests. Fully modular, it is equipped with a bar, video projector, light projectors, speakers, table soccer, tables and chairs, checkroom and toilets. The outside area is ideal for relaxing (swimming pool, garden, relaxation area, outdoor kitchen with plancha and cold rooms).

Our catering: We offer half or full board, as well as themed menus and brunches. Our cuisine is gourmet, inventive, seasonal and flexo-vegetarian. We work with local producers and winemakers.

Please note that the gîte is only accessible on foot (being on a hiking trail), with the possibility of parking in public parking lots a few hundred meters away. Tourist attractions: During your stay at Gîte de la Soulondre, discover the town of Lodève, which has been awarded the Ville et Pays d?Art et d?Histoire label for its culture and history, by visiting sites such as the 12th-century Southern Gothic cathedral of Saint-Fulcran, or the Musée Fleury de Lodève, with its collections of modern art, archaeology and natural sciences. Take a stroll through this ancient episcopal city, with its draper merchants? mansions, ancient bridges and exceptional national cloth and carpet factory? Climb up to the Baume Auriol belvedere for a breathtaking view of the Cirque de Navacelles, one of Europe?s largest canyons, which you can discover by strolling along the hiking trails... a must-see for landscape and nature lovers! Just a few kilometers from the gîte, don't miss a detour to Lac du Salagou, an exceptional lake classified Natura 2000, surrounded by red earth hills in the heart of a lunar landscape, where you can enjoy a picnic by the water, go for a stroll or take part in one of the many water sports on offer at the lake. Just a stone's throw away is the Cirque de Mourèze, an arid site of enigmatic white rocks, ideal for a hike during your stay at the Soulondre gîte. Speaking of hiking, the GR543 trail passes right in front of the gîte de la Soulondre, an ideal opportunity to get away from it all by following the signs, on foot or by bike, to discover the magnificent landscapes of the Hérault.
